Coordinate and attend campus and recruitment events
Assist to update candidate profile and push the intern candidates through recruitment process in WD
Arrange candidate interviews for interns and receive candidates for face-to-face interviews
Coordinate & execute new hire onboarding matters
Propose and create story, post photos and newsletters for branding purposes on social media (e.g Facebook) relating to campus events or recruitment
Propose & execute “WeVideo” and editing videos for business functions
Filing of new hire documents into P file
Assist any TA staff when needed from time to time
Open to students who are currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree
