nternship Overview:

 

Each intern is presented with a real business challenge within their group that provides the opportunity to exchange ideas with subject matter experts for optimal learning and development that leads to real solutions.

 

Your Role: 

 

As a HR Talent Acquistion Intern, you will help assist the HR team with a variety of recruity projects.  (This position will sit at the Dallas,TX Corporate office.)

 

Align HR strategies to support business goals and objectives by working closely with the business group to assess HR needs, then develop and implement innovative solutions that drive organizational and operational excellence.

Talent Development: Provide relevant learning to improve business performance by developing and implementing development strategies driven by the needs of Dal-Tile business units. Interns will participate in projects and exposures that will provide the opportunity to learn and develop new competencies within HR while being able to influence business decisions and impact the broader organization.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Enrolled in an accredited bachelors degree program in Business or HR

Currently a Junior or Senior

 

Position requires unrestricted work authorization in the United States; work/visa sponsorship for this position is not available.

 

Hours/Schedule:

Onsite Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
