What You'll Do

As an Intern in the Talent Acquisition Operations Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the full-life cycle recruiting process. You will work closely with the European Talent Acquisition Team, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and internal interviewers while providing high-end service. This role requires strong attention to detail, speed and self-organization, while also offering the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the international environment. High-performing individuals may also have the chance to contribute to interviews and recruiting excellence projects, further enhancing their exposure to strategic talent acquisition. 

 

You’re good at:

 

Interview Scheduling & Coordination

Organize and schedule candidate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring they receive clear communication regarding interview logistics.

Role Opening & ATS Management

Responsible for creating and managing job requisitions in the applicant tracking system (ATS) based on information provided by recruiters and hiring managers.Ensure accuracy and consistency in job postings, including job descriptions, locations, and hiring criteria.Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Operations & Special Projects

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to improve processes and support operational excellence.Contribute to special projects related to recruitment optimization, process improvements, and candidate experience enhancement.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree required.Advanced MS Office skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Database familiarity.High-level English proficiency required.Strong attention to detail and ability to self-organize effectively.Effective communication skills with a collaborative team approach.
