Department OverviewJoin our TSO ASTRO LMR team and gain hands-on experience supporting mission-critical communication systems. We provide technical support to internal teams, partners, and customers to keep their communication systems running at peak performance. You’ll help troubleshoot issues, verify contract entitlements, and assist in system change management.
Job Description

We are seeking internship student with a passion for technology, analytical mindset and communication skills.

Executes customer operations policies and procedures.

Builds and maintains positive, effective, and mutually beneficial-working alliances with customers.

Initiates problem solving action and follows through to resolution.

Performs root-case analysis of problems to formulate and recommend improved alternative operations.

Develops alliances and provides complex technical support for large customer accounts.

Identifies major areas of cross-customer operational improvement and develops strategic plans for implementation.

Works with management to establish goals and objectives for developing innovative customer operational strategies.

Exercises judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Basic RequirementsInformation Technology (IT) field of Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, electrical or telecommunication field preferredFluent communication in English (written and verbal) is required. Strong skills in problem analytical and systematic troubleshootingPreferred experienced in Excel skillset. Resourceful self-starter able to manage priorities and tasks effectively and independentlyCalm and assured manner with the ability to work well under pressure either as an individual or as part of a teamHigh level of motivation with a will to succeedAttention to detailMinimum CGPA score of 3.0 and abovePrefer candidate who can start internship on June or July and internship duration 4-6 months
