**Support Intern**
Accruent through its **Internship** program offer you an exceptional opportunity to learn and teach the ins and outs of a fast-paced growing Global Support team by providing customer service to help sustain and improve the use of Accruent’s Enterprise Solutions worldwide.
Responsibilities include working with the customer to troubleshoot, document, and resolve software or technical problems.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and have a passion for software, technology, customers, and problem solving. If you are self-driven, enjoy working in a team environment, have a pioneering spirit and enjoy helping others be successful, Accruent may be a fit for you.
**How You'll Make a Difference:**
+ Help Support team to clearly identify problems and provide appropriate solution to customers issues.
+ Maintain detailed records of all internal and external customer interactions.
+ Follow support processes and incident response procedures.
+ Maintain a working knowledge of Accruent-supported products and technologies.
+ Consistently demonstrate Accruent’s values: Humility, Integrity, Drive to Excellence, Results Orientation, Winning Attitude, and Grit.
+ Complete other duties as assigned by Accruent management.
**You'll stand out if you**
+ Are studying Computer Science, Network Administration, Engineering or IT related graduation, expecting to graduate in July or December 2026.
+ Have availability to work 30 hours per week.
+ Have Strong English Communications Skills.
+ Have ability to learn and master new software applications.
+ Have strong organizational skills.
+ Enjoys problem solving and assisting others.
