This role is responsible for design and creation of new automation solutions and maintenance of already existing solutions in selected tools (UiPath, Power Platform, VBA, etc.) for finance teams e.g. Treasury, Payroll, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and others. Cooperates with other innovation members and IT department.  

Responsibilities:

 

Be an active member of an internal trainer community and share your knowledge to other colleagues Consult, design and create automation solutions and enhancements Provide support and maintenance of existing automatization solutions Collaborate with wider finance teams to support them or to gain their support on a cross departmental projects Cooperate with IT department in necessary design and maintenance tasks Continually seeking new knowledge and skills as well as developing existing capabilities of self Provide regular updates to Innovation Leads, Ops Optimization manager and finance department heads with status updates on automation solutions in development Serve as solution advisor for other finance teams when considering and designing new solutions 

 

Qualifications:
University degree or studying from Finance, IT or similar Strong analytical abilities and debugging/troubleshooting skills Power Apps knowledge or experience required Other Power Platform tools knowledge is a plus (Power Automate, Power Query) Power Platform knowledge or experience (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.)  Robotic Process Automation knowledge or experience in a development VBA knowledge or experience Additional experience in another tool is a plus General knowledge of finance and shared services operations and principles is a plus Experience with ERP systems is a plus Written and Verbal communication in English B2
