You will touch on every facet of the field: from mastering recruitment, fine-tuning employee relations, to the precision of payroll processing. If you're keen to contribute, learn, and grow with a team that's as nurturing as it is skillful, we can't wait to welcome you aboard. **Your responsibilities** Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Support in end-to-end recruitment process, including talent sourcing, assessment, recruitment marketing, candidate experience, Talent Pipelining, Talent AI, TA systems and processes. Manage Onboarding processes for new hires, prepare documentation for new hire’s first day, carry out Corporate Company presentation, coordinate with key stakeholders the first 3 months experience. Training Support in the different procedures to carry out local Training Plan for the organization: consolidate training needs for different functions, prepare annual calendar, contact training Suppliers, manage attendees, agendas, training records and logistic coordination of the training day. Development: Support in the implementation of the strategic HR programmes, focus on organizational effectiveness, talent management and people strategy across all functions.
