Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain expertise in inventory, production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for maximizing productivityEstablish and maintain metrics for evaluating operational and economic performance in receiving shipping, inventory, production, and service level offeringsOperate cost-consciously to achieve budget objectivesReinforce a culture of safety throughout the facility ensuring safety and sanitation schedules comply with HAACP, OSHA, and Primus Inspection StandardsIdentify and address areas for improvement by making recommendations and implementing approved changes, utilizing root cause problem-solving techniques to drive process improvementFoster a positive and collaborative work environment while driving a culture of open communication and continuous improvementProvide coaching and mentoring to foster growth.
Required Qualifications:

Compensation Range
$15 - $30 per hour
