Who will you be joining?
For the support of our Reporting and Analytics activities, the team is looking for a working student/intern.
The People Analytics & Reporting department, is responsible for all People related data and determines the key performance indicators for measuring People and Culture’s contribution to company success. By this, the team offers you insights into our worldwide People structure covering more than 150,000 employees. You will be involved in gathering & maintaining figures from many different People and Culture functions and use them to answer strategic questions. All your tasks will be supervised and guided by experienced analysts to guarantee best results and to support you in developing your skills.
How can you make an impact?
Support global People and Culture data collection processes for reporting purposes by quality checks of delivered data and assist local People and Culture coordinators Create reports from several databases via MS Excel and draft recommendations. Support your message with explanatory graphs, tables, etc. Run queries and reports in our global Workforce Analytics Solution from SuccessFactors Ensure technical set-up of global SAP BW (access management, system rights, IT specifications) Application testing for global data collection process Update training material for various manuals Support the processes and projects Support the global team with analysis and reporting about HR topics both at global Allianz and local market level
What are you made of?
Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled as student in economics, mathematic, business administration or business informatics/engineering with focus on HR Management High proficiency in MS Office software (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Understand and work with data Fluent English in speech and writing; German desired SAP BW knowledge would be very helpful Ability to perform qualified research Ability to manage project plans and to track progress Optional: basic knowledge of VBA, macro creation (Excel) Experience with R, Python or other scripting language used for data analysis Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university – or (for an internship) a gap year We can only consider your application if you provide the following documents:

Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital/ Tech etc.) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Well organized, proactive team-player, customer oriented and communicative Grasp complex topics easily and quickly Experience in project work in a multicultural environment would be helpful Enthusiasm about developing and implementing new ideas, but also having a realistic and practical outlook Considering diversity in a team as an asset
