Job Description We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing Intern. In this role, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in various communities, student orgs and subcultures, understanding their unique characteristics, trends, and preferences. You will collaborate with our marketing team to develop strategies that resonate authentically with the youth marketing, ultimately driving engagement and brand loyalty.

As a Marketing Intern, you will conduct in-depth research to identify emerging youth cultures, analyze their behaviors, and pinpoint opportunities for brand integration. You will assist in the creation of compelling content, campaigns, and activations tailored specifically to each youth culture, ensuring that our messaging is both impactful and respectful of their community values.

Additionally, you will support in the management of community partners, monitoring conversations within student orgs and communities, and fostering genuine connections. Your creativity will be essential in brainstorming innovative ideas for reaching subculture audiences and amplifying our brand presence within these spaces.

This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
