Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesInternal Account Manager – Service Contracts
The Internal Account Manager will be part of a team of professionals dedicated to sell services contracts and other maintenance packs, mainly on the phone. Service Sales is responsible for selling Maintenance Contracts, Certificates, recursive and spot service offerings (e.g. Calibrations, Health checks, Trainings, Consultancy packs).
S/he will report to Sales Manager Service and her/his main responsibilities will be: achieving sales targets by selling Mettler-Toledo services contracts and packs; managing inbound leads (analyzing the clients’ needs, preparing quotations / participating in tenders, negotiating, closing the deals); identifying opportunities on the assigned client portfolio; proactively generating opportunities for other business areas or teams; working with Sales Manager on complex deals; being the main point of contact for clients in case of needs and/or complaintsWhat You Need to SucceedThe ideal candidate must have: at least 1- 2 years of B2B sales experience (preferably as Internal Sales / Telesales); intermediate level of English; good knowledge of MS Office; proactive and goal-oriented attitude; excellent negotiation skills.
