**How will you make an impact in this role?**
American Express Nordics Consumer Acquisition is a team of 10 performing marketing and acquisition activities to drive growth of the consumer portfolio in the Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish markets. We are now looking for a manager to lead our Internal Acquisition team.
**Minimum Qualifications**
**What you’ll do:**
+ Lead a team of three strong and motivated marketing analysts.
+ Leverage our cardmembers as a platform for growth with a focus on super premium products.
+ Be responsible of the growth, development and daily management of the referral marketing and upgrade programs.
+ Create new, creative and innovative campaigns and functionalities by always challenging status quo and focusing on what matters.
+ Manage and innovate anti-gaming controls to prevent unwanted gaming behaviors.
**What you’ll need to succeed:**
+ Fluent in Swedish and English language, both written and in speech.
+ Great leadership skills and a proven track record of leading resources to a common goal, bringing teams of different backgrounds and teams together.
+ Proven track record of internal acquisition and strategic partnership.
+ Experience in digital marketing with special focus on email, web and social media.
+ Strong analytical skill-set, always basing tactics and actions on data.
+ Structured way of working.
**Preferred qualifications**
**What you’ve done before:**
+ B.Sc. studies in Business Administration, preferably in Marketing.
+ 3-5 years relevant working experience in a digital marketing role, preferably across a wide variety of channels.
