This position will be working on a hybrid schedule and has the opportunity to work out of our Montvale, NJ or Middletown, NY office. Ideal candidate would be able to start Spring 2025. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: + Assist in preparation of financial statement risk assessment/compliance plan + Assist in evaluating and testing assigned controls, based on audit procedures + Document testing results in accordance with standard workpaper methodology + Address review comments provided by Audit Team members + Assist in tracking identified deficiencies and enhancement opportunities + Assist in SOX process narrative review and maintenance of SOX documentation + Assist in planning and reporting for plant audits + Test assigned areas for plant audits based on prescribed audit procedures REQUIREMENTS: + Currently attending an accredited 4-year institution + Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word + Prefer local candidates + Full time for the summer The expected salary for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 an hour. #IN Balchem is committed to a workplace culture that values and promotes diversity, inclusion, equal employment opportunities, and a work environment free of harassment and hostility.
