We are hiring for a full-time Internal Audit Manager at our Provo, Utah office.About the Role:

We are seeking a thoughtful and detail-oriented Internal Audit Manager to join our team at our downtown Provo campus. In this full-time role, you will lead internal audit efforts to ensure our operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned with our values. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to assess risk, improve processes, and support a culture of integrity and accountability.

This position reports directly to the VP of Internal Audit and will play a key role in shaping and executing our audit strategy while mentoring a team of auditors.

What you'll do:Lead and manage internal audit projects from planning through reportingEvaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processesCollaborate with departments across the organization globally to understand processes and identify improvement opportunitiesPrepare clear, concise audit reports and present findings to managementMonitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulationsSupport the development and execution of the annual audit planProvide guidance and mentorship to audit team membersAssist with investigations and special projects as neededStay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changesFoster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement

What you'll need:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related fieldCPA, CIA, or other relavant certification6+ years of experience in internal or external audit, risk management, or complianceStrong understanding of SOX internal control frameworks and audit methodologiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesHigh level of integrity and professional ethicsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and audit software toolsExperience working with diverse teams and stakeholdersAbility to work independently and collaborativelyAbility to travel to domestic and international locations as needed
