TTI is seeking a talented Internal Audit Manager to join our team at our US Headquarters in Fort Lauderdale. This position reports directly to the Director of Internal Audit for the Americas / EMEA regions. **Job Summary:** TTI Internal Audit is a global service function that plays a critical role in enhancing operations, strengthening the risk management environment, and adding value to the organization. The Internal Audit team delivers both assurance and consulting services with engagements related to all business processes. Additionally, they conduct independent investigation projects including ensuring anti-corruption, due diligence, and other alleged unethical practices related to the breaching of company code of conducts and/or relevant laws and regulations. As an Internal Audit Manager, you will lead diverse engagements across all business processes, requiring a broad skill set to address complex operational, financial, and regulatory challenges. **Duties and Responsibilities:** + Execute and manage the annual audit plan to include scheduling and proactively maintaining the audit schedule. + Manage, supervise, and execute all facets of the engagement including planning, execution, conflict management, reporting, and communication of findings. Willingness and ability to perform fieldwork is a must. + Define audit objectives, scope, and detailed audit programs based on risk analysis of the audited area. Develop detailed audit procedures and analytics to satisfy defined objectives. + Manage internal and external audit resources to ensure timely completion of engagements. + Assists in all aspects of managing TTI's Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP) to include developing and providing comprehensive training, coaching, and managing the team. FLDP is rotational in nature with class sizes ranging up to five starting in Internal Audit. + Update the US Director on a regular basis and VP as needed to ensure seamless communication on audit plan progress and communicate any issues/challenges. + Review and discuss audit findings both internally and with the auditee including higher level management, as appropriate. + Recommend appropriate corrective action to ensure that control standards are met and track remediation efforts. + Review and approve workpapers of staff and ensure proper documentation in audit software and elsewhere. + Maintain effective working relationships with management, external auditors, and consultants. + Provide consultative support to the organization for improving business value as needed. + Assist in the professional development of staff including training, coaching, and reviewing of staff's deliverables. + Assist in the development of audit strategies to ensure high quality, timely, risk focused and efficient internal audit services. + Perform investigations and other tasks and projects as requested. **Note:** Employee's duties and responsibilities are not limited by the above. In addition to the basic requirements of the position, all employees are expected to meet the company's goals of continual improvement in the areas of knowledge, skills, processes, and quality. **Job / Employment Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in accounting (MBA degree is desirable). + Minimum 6 years of progressive audit experience with a large global corporation/CPA firm. + Required fields of study include Managerial Accounting, Financial Accounting, Intermediate Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Data Analysis (a plus). + Operational audit experience or experience in manufacturing operations strongly preferred. + Experience working with large data a must. + Training experience a strong plus. + Experience with fraud/corruption investigation a plus. + Thorough knowledge of IAS, GAAS, IFRS and Internal Controls. + CPA or CIA certification strongly preferred, and CISA a plus. + Fluency in other languages including Spanish, Vietnamese, and Mandarin a plus. + Candidate must live in / relocate to Fort Lauderdale, FL. + Approximately 20-35% travel. **Compensation and Benefits:** + Salary Exempt Position + Target Annual Salary between $100,000 to $140,000 based on experience and qualifications. + Company Smart Phone and Laptop + Medical, Vision, and Dental Benefits Available + Insurance Coverages Available such as Short-Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Basic Life Insurance, Basic AD&D, and more. + 401K (Company Matches 50% up to 8% of Salary) + Eligible for up to 10 Paid Holiday and PTO accrual (Based on hire date) Job Postings are available for at least 48 hours from the posting date.
