The Audit Manager will play a key role in the execution of the internal audit plan, focusing on a specific area or subset of the organization's operations. This role requires a strong understanding of risk management and internal controls, with a proven ability to lead and mentor a team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

You'll have…

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience.

Master's degree in in accounting, finance, engineering, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify root causes of issues. Strong project management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail. Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) .  Opportunity to obtain is provided.

What you'll do…

 Lead Risk-Based Audits – Execute audit plans that provide independent assurance on internal controls, risk management, and governance.  Manage & Mentor a Team – Guide auditors through engagements, ensuring high-quality work that aligns with company standards and deadlines.  Drive Team Development – Recruit, train, and support the professional growth of audit team members.  Ensure Quality & Compliance – Review audit workpapers to confirm findings are well-supported and recommendations are actionable.  Communicate Insights & Solutions – Present key audit findings, recommendations, and risk assessments to senior management.  Build Strong Partnerships – Collaborate with internal stakeholders and audit partners to drive continuous improvement in processes and controls.
