The Role & What You Will Be Doing 

The job holder plans, competes and tracks internal and supplier audits. Support customer audits, and HA inspections. Act as auditioning and Data Integrity expert of the site. Provide trainings about audit preparations, Data Integrity and GMP In the NEO program.

 

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Internal Auditor role will make an impact: 

 

Maintain and ensure completion of the annual internal and suppler audit plan of Komarom site and Budapest Affiliate office.Plan, execute and track internal and supplier audits. Review and approve CAPA plans created for audit observations.Primary contact to the Global Operational Audit (GOA) team.Support customer audit arrangements, including but not limited to training of auditees, organize the onsite/virtual audit, main contact to the auditor, coordinatate CAPA responses and CAPA completion.Support Health Authority inspections.Maintains Audit and Data Integrity related documentation and assessments, reports.Expert and Trainer of Data Integrity.Support tracking of aging records, enhance reduction of those.

 

About Your Skills & Experience 

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences: 

 

At least two years of experience in pharma industry, of which at least one year at ViatrisFluent communication in English and HungarianExcellent communication skills and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and accuratelyGood problem solving skillsAbility to work under pressure, short timelines
