As Sage continues to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and strategic Internal Colleague Communications Manager to join our Group Colleague Communications team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping how we engage and communicate with our 11,000 colleagues across more than 20 countries.

You’ll develop and execute communication plans that bring our business priorities to life, ensuring our colleagues feel informed, engaged, and connected to Sage’s purpose. Working closely with regional and central communications teams, as well as business leaders, you’ll help create meaningful internal conversations that drive engagement, inspire action, and enhance our company culture.
