Reporting into the Director, Internal Communication, your responsibilities will include…

 

Cultural Initiatives: Work with the Director, Internal Communication, HR, and Manufacturing colleagues to develop communication strategies that resonate with our plant-based employees.Driving Engagement: Partner with the wider business to enhance the skills of existing communicators and recruit new champions, ensuring consistency and excellence across all McCain GB functions and sites.Tone of Voice: Provide guidance and mentorship to the internal communication network on storytelling and colleague engagement practices.Industry Trends and Best Practices:Use data and analytics to evaluate communication strategies, track the effectiveness of communication activities, and make informed recommendations for improvements. Share findings and solutions with leadership teams.

 

As well as a love of chips (although not essential) we would also like you to have extensive experience in an Internal Communication role. We would also like you to have the following skills and experience…

 

Exceptional skills in writing, audio, and visual content creation across various multimedia channels.Ability to contribute to communication strategies and implement them effectively.Desirable
