This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing internal communication strategies that effectively convey key messages to employees across various channels. A DAY IN THE LIFE … + Develop and execute internal communication plans that align with Nestlé’s corporate objectives and values. + Create engaging content for internal newsletters, intranet, and other communication platforms to inform and engage employees. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business goals. + Manage the internal communication calendar, ensuring timely delivery of communications and campaigns. + Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement. + Organize and facilitate internal events, town halls, and employee engagement activities. + Act as a liaison between management and employees to address communication needs and feedback. + Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in internal communications. WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL? + Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. + Years of experience in internal communications or corporate communications. + Exceptional writing and editing skills for compelling content across various channels, including press releases, newsletters, and podcasts. + Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. + Proficiency in digital communication platforms and AI tools to enhance internal communications. + Strong visual design skills to create appealing presentations and materials using design tools. + Confident speaker who articulates ideas clearly and engages audiences effectively. + Ability to generate fresh ideas that engage employees and align with corporate objectives. + Excellent planning and time management abilities to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to liaise with external agencies, providing clear and professional briefings to align on communication goals.
