Internal Communications Coordinator

Work closely with internal communications, business communications, and external communications to send emails, post content on intranet and UL.com, support social media campaigns and provide administrative support to the team
+ Provide administrative support to corporate communications leadership team, including the SVP of Communications
+ Responsible for creating, reviewing, and posting content on intranet
+ Support sending internal emails via Poppulo in support of executive committee leaders, strategic functions, and other communications as needed
+ Support internal meetings, as needed i.e. Strategy Summit, CEO Briefing, Senior Leadership Team meetings, town hall meetings, etc.
+ Collaborate with External Communications on posting social media content and UL.com content
+ Collaborate with corporate communications social media specialist to promote relevant internal and external content i.e. help develop employee advocacy campaigns
+ Cultivate relationships throughout the company to effectively identify engaging content and stories to feature. Draft employee and customer stories to highlight our values and mission in action.
+ This position is hybrid out of Chicago, IL or Northbrook, IL.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field.
+ 2-3 years of communications, public relations, marketing, or related experience.
+ Proficiency with AP style writing.
What we offer:
Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $66,600 to $75,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
