Internal Communication and Internal Events Manager

 

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Reports to: Corporate Affairs Manager

Direct Reports: None

 

About the Role

As Internal Communication and Internal Events Manager, you’ll develop and execute communication strategies, organize internal events, and support corporate responsibility and employer branding programs. Working closely with Corporate Affairs, HR, and Regional Communications teams, you’ll foster a culture of engagement, inclusivity, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Communication: Collaborate with leaders and teams to create and implement effective communication strategies that align with local and regional goals; create and deliver internal communications content, including email updates, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations. Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives such as change programs, surveys, DEI projects, and wellbeing strategies to enhance engagement. Internal Events: Organize and coordinate internal events that promote company culture, values, and employee engagement. Employer Branding: Work with HR and Corporate Affairs to strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice. Company Reputation: Deliver internal communications and social media strategies that support engagement and company image. Corporate Responsibility: Contribute to volunteering programs and ESG-focused initiatives that benefit employees and communities.

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

University degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a similar role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with knowledge of engagement tools. Excellent project management skills Knowledge of best practices for internal communications Experience managing and maintaining internal communication tools (internal email software, intranet, etc.) Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proactive, dynamic, and creative, with excellent relationship-building abilities. Fluency in English.
