As internal communications lead within the Finance Process and Project Management Office (PMO), you’ll develop and implement communication strategies for project across the Finance organization. Acting as both strategist and writer, you’ll work closely with project teams to gather insights and clarify objectives to craft clear, effective communications that support project goals. You’ll assess each communication’s purpose and recommend appropriate internal channels, such as SharePoint or email, to ensure key project information reaches the right audience and aligns with organizational goals. Leveraging your project and change management knowledge, you’ll ensure that communications are designed to support project transitions smoothly and engage stakeholders effectively throughout each stage of the process.
This is a remote position. Occasional travel to Cleveland, OH for in-person meetings is required (twice a year).

Must-have qualifications
High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of 9 years of professional experience in Communications or related field (i.e. Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Promotions, Customer Service, and/or Public Relations){OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications or related field (i.e. English Literature, Journalism, Media Studies or Communication Sciences) and a minimum of 6 years professional experience in Communications or related field (i.e. Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Promotions, Customer Service, and/or Public Relations)Preferred skills
Proven experience leading communication strategies within a project management environment, with a solid understanding of change management principles and project management terminologySkilled in identifying communication needs and developing strategies aligned with project timelines and objectivesDemonstrated experience building business cases from concept to recommendation to support strategic decision-makingAbility to write clear, engaging copy across diverse formats, including traditional and digital media, with strong editing skillsProficiency with SharePoint for content managementCompensation
