Position – Internal Communications Manager
Location – Crewe
Working Hours - Monday - Friday, 08:30-17:00
** Please note this role is a full time office based we do not offer hybrid working**

Key responsibilities:
Support and lead the development of Radius’ internal communications programme, ensuring all colleagues are aware of key news, updates and initiativesIdentify opportunities to enhance internal communications, utilising existing channels such as our Radius Hub intranet, as well as identifying new opportunities to drive employee engagementWork closely with the People team to plan and execute timely and high-quality internal communicationsPromote the core values of Radius internally to colleagues round the worldSource news and updates from across our global offices, to ensure an inclusive approach to internal communicationsAct as the communications specialist to support Radius groups and initiatives, such as Radius Inspire, Radius Enable, Radius Pride and Radius UnityDeliver impactful and engaging communications through various mediums, whether written, visual or audioManage the internal programme of Radius internal events, including quarterly town halls, specialist events and other as requiredSupport our business divisions to identify and tell customer stories through engaging case studies, testimonials and focus pieces, creating an effective process to maximise opportunities to share successesManage the news section of radius.com, identifying relevant company news opportunities, creating content and securing stakeholder approvalsTake ownership of Radius company social media channels, such as LinkedIn, ensuring a managed and controlled approach to regular content sharing that tells customer, company and people stories to our communityUnderstand employee engagement scores and identify opportunities to enhance engagement through communications activities
Key skills:
Ability to manage a range of stakeholders to secure buy-in and approvalsA passion for content creation across a range of mediumsA journalistic approach to sourcing news stories for internal and external useAn attention to detail to ensure qualityAbility to write in an engaging and quality way, aimed at different audiences (including those where English is a second language)Social media experience, managing channels and content, through a planned and organised content calendarSome graphic design skills – ideally using Canva - would be advantageousBasic video editing skills would also be a plus
