Internal Communications Manager
DaVita is seeking a motivated manager to join its internal communications team. This role requires an experienced leader with 5-7 years of proven success in developing, executing and optimizing strategies that drive awareness, motivate engagement and foster trust. In addition to developing and executing plans, this person will work closely with leadership, cultivate relationships with key partners, collaborate with subject matter experts, develop effective key messaging across channels, report on performance metrics and mentor and/or manage junior teammates. Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement internal communication strategies that align with our mission to be the Employer, Partner and Provider of Choice.Develop multi-channel campaigns that support key business initiatives, change management, teammate growth and recognition programs, and more.Work with leaders across departments to understand internal programs and goals, oversee internal communications calendar and manage campaign deployment. Supervise and contribute to the execution of internal processes and operate with a “Continuous Improvement” mindset to enhance methods and practices.Create and edit content, including emails, newsletters, intranet posts, scripts, presentations, etc.Collaborate with the channel optimization team, ensuring consistency and coherence across Teams, intranet, emails, newsletters, calls, etc.Partner with the analytics team to measure effectiveness of campaigns and tactics; use data to inform future decision making.Partner with the external communications team; support teammate communications in times of crisis, change or uncertainty.Embrace DaVita’s culture, participate in team activities, mentor junior teammates, and lead with intention, integrity and purpose.Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related program.5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, public relations or similar role.Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences and formats.Ability to think critically, take initiative, plan, prioritize and independently execute the completion of all projects in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives, collaborators and timelines.Experience using communication tools (e.g., Teams, Microsoft Office, intranet platforms, email marketing tools) and familiarity with analytics tools.Adept at delivering work with accuracy, integrity and attention to detail within established deadlines.Proficient in AP Style.What to Expect When Joining DaVita:

Salary/ Wage Range
$75,200.00 - $110,400.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
