- Assess complex claims especially for Death and Major across channels.
- To handle SIU regarding to charged with detecting and pursuing action against fraudulent activities.
- Support TPA service that need to improvement both quality and satisfaction level through auditing/quality review.
- Handle complaint due to claims decline and void increased from non-disclosure and abuse case.
- Improve customer satisfaction level and company NPS score of non-clean case.
- Support UAT new products such HPE, Multi CI, Accelerate CI
- Bachelor’s degree in medical field.
- At least 10 years’ experience in claims operation with at least 3 years’ experience in claims management.
- Working well under high pressure
