​ Position Summary
1、The Senior Internal Control Specialist / Associate Internal Control Manager works under the supervision of Senior Internal Control Manager to implement IC strategy by performing audit project and help to identify any process/ operation deficiency in the meantime, to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization operations by support or lead IC related projects when needed.
2、Together with Compliance team to execute life cycle management on marketing activities.

Main Tasks
1、Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
2、Perform end to end audit function including assisting to prepare audit plans, developing audit programs to evaluate controls, performing analysis, conducting substantive testing and reporting.
3、Communicate control deficiencies, process weaknesses and make recommendations for improvement.
4、Perform follow-up reviews following audit recommendations to ensure adequacy of implementation. In addition, support line manager to maintain audit system and dashboard for action tracking.
5、Perform post documentation check for company marketing expense to verify the compliance and legality of marketing activities. Conduct internal communication to advocate the rules and prevent future issues.
6、Organize on-site spot check for selected marketing events on a weekly basis. Follow up on exceptions with business and Compliance team.
7、Assist line manager in preparing quarterly / annual compliance monitoring report.
8、Other ad hoc assignment from management team.

Requirements
Education
1、University degree and above with major in Finance, Accounting, Management/Business
2、CPA or CIA is a plus

Experience
1、At least 5 years working experience in audit, process control and design or compliance background.
2、 Multinational environment background is required.
3、Prior experience in forensic auditing and exposure to the industry of healthcare or industrial products preferred.
4、Experience with Big 4 is a plus.
