Job Purpose/Role:
As a Key Account Manager/ Client Engagement Management at Allianz Technology Spain Hub you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our Allianz Technology IT delivery clients. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, driving growth and ensuring an professional customer management. You will act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between clients and our internal teams. You will be responsible for the ramp-up of new teams within your respective area.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing IT delivery clients. Serve as the main point of contact, understanding their needs, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Support the clients in building up high accountable teams. Implement and maintain regular feedback loops with the clients. Client Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement client engagement strategies to enhance client relationships and identify opportunities for growth and innovation. In line with the workforce planning, advise the clients on the best set-up to support the business including strategies for ramp-up´s as well as ramp-down´s. Account Planning and Growth: Develop comprehensive account plans that align with client objectives and business needs. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Operational efficiency: Collaborate with internal teams, including IT delivery, project management, and support functions, to ensure fast and efficient client operations. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders. Proactively address any issues or concerns to improve client satisfaction and retention. Take care of team performance and ensuring the right skill mix of teams. Contract and Negotiation Management: Lead contract negotiations and renewals and steer the external providers. Strategic Workforce Management: Collaborate with HR and other relevant departments to ensure that the workforce is aligned with client needs and strategic objectives. Plan and manage resource allocation to optimize delivery and client satisfaction, while also identifying future workforce requirements to support business growth. Recruitment: Support the planned recruitment and collaborate with Finance and the Recruitment team to ensure the best hiring experience for the clients and attracting the best talent based on plan figures. Charging: Make sure the intra-company charging tools and methods are set up properly and help ensure proper bookings from the internal teams. Market and Industry Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. Experience: Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Client Engagement Manager, or similar role, preferably within the IT services or technology sector. Consulting background is a plus. Experience: Stakeholder Management (Operational, Business & Strategic reviews) Client-focused: Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand and align client business strategies with Allianz Technology’s service offerings. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess client needs, develop strategic account plans, and measure performance outcomes. Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and contract management skills. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and industry dynamics.
