The Work You'll Do:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Internal Events Manager to design, plan, and execute engaging events that foster employee connection, enhance our company culture, and support business goals. This role will also contribute to client engagement events, including user groups and Customer Advisory Board meetings. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of event management experience and a passion for creating dynamic, memorable experiences.

More specifically, you will:

Event Planning & Management: Oversee a range of in-person events, including on-site and off-site meetings and trips for frontline global employees, C-suite executives, and board members. Project Ownership: Serve as the primary project owner for our annual Global Sales Kickoff and President’s Club events. Collaboration: Work with Customer Marketing, Account Managers, and Customer Success teams to design and execute customer-focused virtual and in-person events. Internal Alignment: Partner with HR, Communications, and other department leaders to align event strategies with business objectives and employee engagement goals. Event Execution: Develop event concepts, timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure timely, cost-effective execution. Event Communications: Manage event communications, including invitations, agendas, reminders, and post-event feedback collection. Vendor Management: Partner with vendors and service providers to source venues, equipment, catering, and event technology as needed. Event Evaluation: Monitor and assess event effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics to continually enhance future activities. Inclusivity: Foster a culture of inclusivity by ensuring events are accessible and cater to a diverse workforce.

What We Need From You

3+ years of experience planning and executing events, ideally in the SaaS industry Experience collaborating with senior leaders to bring event visions to life Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational and time-management skills Experience coordinating incentive-based sales trips and managing global audiences Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with confidence engaging senior-level stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle last-minute changes or challenges Proficiency with event management software, project management tools, and the Microsoft Office suite Creativity and attention to detail to design engaging and innovative employee experiences Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be required to complete a background check, including a drug screening.
