Internal Finance Accountant

Key Responsibilities·         Performing income reconciliations and analysis·         Reviewing bookkeeping with an understanding of the company’s analysis codes·         Preparation of quarterly management accounts and annual financial statements·         Preparation of variance analysis comparing actual to budget·         Assisting with the yearly audit, providing deliverables to auditors as requested·         Intercompany reporting and group reporting in accordance with the company’s SLA·         Leading the client billing process including reviewing all client invoices and details on a quarterly basis·         Performing reconciliations of billing schedules and client invoicing trackers·         Preparing all regulatory and statutory filings to a high standard·         Reviewing monthly payment packs and ad-hoc payments·         Assisting with the preparation of internal management information reports for the senior team·         Providing guidance and training to the junior members of the team·         Assisting and leading on company-wide projects·         Assisting with any other ad-hoc duties as requested

Experience / Qualifications:The candidate is expected to have 3+ years prior experience in this field. Part or fully qualified to ACCA/ACA/CIMA standard, or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
