As Internal Logistic Manager / SuM Internal Logistic Lead you will be responsible for managing the flow of materials, components, and products within and outside the production facility, ensuring efficient supply chain and internal material handling processes. You will report to Plant Manager / SuM Manager and work in close collaboration with the SuM Team, Regional and Global Support Team and Supply-Chain Team.

Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance and technical support to project execution teams regarding logistic design, specifications, equipment selection, and installation requirements. Ensure execution of Readiness Checklist containing a very detailed list of activities leading to the creation of a similar system as in other McCain plants.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including project management, operations, procurement, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration into project plans and timelines. Participate in Basic and Detailed Design reviews as well as URS, P&ID, FDS, 3D model reviews with project and contractors teams to ensure optimal design from point of view of Logistics and in relation to Safety, Ergonomics, Food Safety, Sustainability, communication.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges related to logistic and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and operational efficiency.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, codes, and best practices related to logistic. Conduct quality assurance checks and inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and safety requirements at any stage: basic and detailed engineering, FAT&Simulations, CQV and processing French Fries
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes, systems, and technologies to enhance efficiency, reliability, sustainability and build “Plant of the Future”.
Training and Development: Provide training and mentorship to logistic team members and project stakeholders to enhance technical capabilities and ensure alignment with company standards and best practices. Build Logistics organization (including optimization of staffing model and MDIxAI) and manage the organization according to McCain Logistics Standard Model
Safety focus: Lead the development of Procedures in line with McCain’s safety transformation and culture. Take in consideration the future Logistic and Operation users to deploy a proper approach while designing the technical solutions for Logistic.
Requirements:
