As a Preceptor, you will provide clinical supervision, guidance, and mentorship to medical students and/or residents in a dynamic academic and patient-centered environment. Responsibilities 

 

Provide hands-on clinical instruction and supervision to learners in an outpatient or inpatient setting Model best practices in patient care, communication, and professionalism Support learners in developing diagnostic reasoning, clinical decision-making, and procedural skills Offer constructive feedback and contribute to learner evaluations Collaborate with faculty and other preceptors to enhance the educational experience Maintain compliance with hospital policies and accreditation standards
