Short DescriptionThe Division of Cooper General Internal Medicine is a part of Cooper University Health Care and provides Adult Primary Care to the communities of Southern New Jersey and physician services to Sub-Acute and Nursing facilities in the South Jersey area. We are a large Academic division of about 80 health care providers comprising Physicians and Advanced Practice Professionals located at sixteen clinical sites in South Jersey. We cover a large geographical area including practices within 30 minutes to Philadelphia, Wilmington, and Trenton. Division faculty are actively involved in the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Cooper Health and medical student education for Cooper Medical School at Rowan University. Our providers participate in an Accountable Care Organization with a population health team to support our providers. We have a dedicated team of Primary Care Providers with a shared mission of to “To Serve, To Heal, To Educate.”
