You will be part of the Providence 65+ clinic care model which focuses on both a senior-only and a financially at-risk population. Providence 65+ provides seniors access to high-quality and holistic care. Join a thriving practice that's truly changing lives throughout the Pacific Northwest. * Full-time Internal Medicine position, would also consider a Family Practice physician with a Geriatric Fellowship * Flexible FTE 0.75-1.0 * Holistic, senior-focused care model * Preference for experienced clinicians, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. * Compensation is between $289,000 and $348,500 per year * The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or Compensation structure is value-based model, not RVU-based, moving providers away from the 20-min visit, * Appointment times are longer, 30 min/60 min schedule * Team based approach **Where You’ll Work** Providence Medical Group - Northwest Washington is a physician-led network of more than 30 primary and specialty care clinics in diverse locations in the greater Everett area.
