SUMMARY
The Talent Mobility & Career Management Consultant supports career pathing and internal career development at Rochester Regional Health. Reporting to the Director, Talent Mobility & Organizational Effectiveness, this role supports RRH team members with the goal of every role having a path forward to continue to learn and grow within the Rochester Regional Health system.
This role is a part of the Culture and Development Team, a Center of Excellence on the People Team. The Culture and Development team is responsible for sustaining and growing our culture and employees through leadership development and learning, people organizational development, experience, and talent mobility.

REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES
Bachelor’s degree required3+ years of demonstrated experience in at least one of the following focus areas required:Human ResourcesWorkforce PlanningProfessional CoachingPREFERRED ATTRIBUTES

Provides team members with support and coaching on their career development and goalsManages internal career development programs in partnership with Talent Acquisition & Operational leadersPartners with Operational and Talent Management leaders to design career paths for RRH team members to advance their careers within the organizationDevelops resources and tools to support internal team member career progression; leverages technology enabled solutionsMaps team members to various career paths and conduct working sessions with leadership to refine team member mappingPartners with Culture & Development on the development of training materials to inform team members, including but not limited to programs, handbooks, toolkits, FAQs, talking points, fact sheets, meeting materials, marketing and outreach plansCreates and organizes supervisor training sessions, including “train the trainer” sessions to share impacts and considerations related to career progression implementationProvides recommendations on enhancements to support internal mobility and talent management approach, tools, and initiativesTracks and reports on department programs and initiatives; compiles data and prepares regular and ad hoc reportsMaintains subject-area expertise and assures quality of program designProvides consultative services as a member of the Culture & Development Center of Excellence to the People team and other business unitsOther work as neededEDUCATION:

14617The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
