Job Description

YOUR TASKS

Support the Quality Engineer in handling and deciding for nonconforming materials, handling of audit findings on time (Internal, PPS, QMS certification, OE) in the mixing area. Br a representative for Quality in the BT1 level.

 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Check and control daily component quality and trends by machine to determine if any component, article and/or machine is non-compliant with sub-standard qualityResponsible for segregation and blocking of off-standard products/semi- products/process/machine by following controlled nonconforming proceduresAnalyze quality relevant processes in case of quality deviations, in cooperation with production and processPerformance of special evaluations of product and process characteristics and preparation of quality records (control charts, trend charts…)Follow all plant, ESH, CBS, quality, and department processes and proceduresOther duties as assigned

THE ENVIRONMENT

This includes safety wear such as steel toed shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses as needed12 hour 2-2-3 pattern (panama) shift 6:45-7:00 (can be either days or nights) including every other weekend Include shift informationThe job is within a non-climate-controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noiseThe role involves various physical tasks, including lifting and operating machinery, with comprehensive training provided
