What you do:
Internal Sales Consultant II/III - ETF Specialist is to increase sales of Allianz products through direct contact with financial professionals, lead generation, and external wholesaler support.
Activity and Results:
Meet and exceed revenue and activity performance benchmarks: dials, conversations, leads, new adviser activations, retention, and sales. Utilize each contact as an opportunity to build a relationship and understand how to provide value to the advisors business. Utilize database and other tracking methods to track financial professional’s production levels on current and proposed sales activity.
Time Management:
Effective use of the day supporting advisers in specified territory as well as specified external business partner. Be responsive and proactive in contacting current and prospective advisers in order to retain and help grow their utilization of Allianz’s offerings.
Territory Management: Manage workload and external partner(s) relationships expectations to reach goals. Establish profile information, and qualify advisors business focus. Leverage External Wholesaling partnership and value by effectively communicating and coordination. Strong understanding and utilization of zones, rotations and reports for assigned territory.
Sales Effectiveness:
Ability to be a professional inside sales person that advances the sales process. Promote/sell Allianz products and solutions by way of a consultative sales approach. Work with advisers through various roadblocks that occur when recommending Allianz solutions. Strong understanding and utilization of Advanced Markets concepts, competitive intelligence and positioning of our investment options.
Sales Desk Resource & Interaction with Enterprise: Resource for the team by identifying trends in both inbound and outbound capacities. Demonstrate leadership behaviors: positive, solution-oriented, accountable, self-directed, exemplifies Allianz Life Core Values. Generate and communicate adviser activity and pertinent information to Management. Communicate industry trends and competitor information to appropriate people. Communicate field reaction to product rollout marketing strategy and existing product marketing efforts. Embrace and demonstrate leadership with channel initiatives.
What you bring:
Minimum Requirements:
4-5 years of experience required in the Financial Services Industry Four year degree or equivalent work experience Licensing: Level II - FINRA SIE, Series 6 & 63 and willing to obtain Series 7 within 90 days; Level III – Series 7 & 63 required. Pursuit of advancing their career through approved college degree or completion of a relevant industry designation such as CFP, ChFC, CLU, CFA or CRPC.
Ability to work during the hours of 7:00 am – 6:00 pm CST. Comfortable with talking on the phone as their primary activity. Ability to attend evening business functions. Potential to travel on a limited basis.
Job may require periods of stooping, bending, sitting or standing.
