Do you want a diverse work life communicating through a variety of distribution channels?_ As our new Internal Regional Sales Coordinator for India, Middle East, and Africa , you will be based in India and supporting our Aftermarket Sales Team across the region with close collaboration with Sales, Service & Service Sales team for complex cases. **Your main responsibilities:** + Coordinating the sales team by overseeing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information + Support in creating reports and presentations. + Schedule meetings and follow up on tasks. + Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements. + Account Creations + Vendor registration + Lead Generation + Collaborate with Service delivery on customer invoices. + Input & update leads and opportunities in the CRM + Tracking quotas and goals + Track agreements renewals + Support in Collecting and maintaining install base data + Manage hospitality tracker + Collect and analyze customer Data + Maintaining sales material and collateral + Support in marketing & team building activities + Support sales team during vacation or business travel **Your background:** + Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field + Minimum of 5 years’ experience in techno-commercial proposals, customer service (pre-order to dispatch) with SAP/CRM back up + You speak and write English fluently + Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving + A team player with high level of commitment **Do you want to learn more?** If this job sounds appealing, please send your resume and cover letter by clicking “Apply”.
