Internal Sales & Customer Service - Architectural Product
About this role
Our client is a leading supplier of sophisticated premium grade timber look cladding systems that are made in Japan and the first choice for Tier 1 Architects and Designers across Australia and Internationally. They are looking for an Architectural Internal Sales & Customer Service Professional to develop and maintain customer relationships through the delivery of exceptional and timely customer service to external and internal stakeholders.
This role has a strong focus on customer engagement and pulling through leads and enquiries to the quotation stage & follow up support.

Key Responsibilities First point of call for all inbound sales and customer enquiries via all communication channels Manage inbound and outbound phone, email & online communication channels, providing accurate information, and conduct timely follow up to customers nationally and internationally. Develop and maintain accurate product knowledge and be able to clearly articulate the key benefits. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including working closely with sales to follow up and support lead management, sales pipeline, live projects and queries as they arise. Work closely with suppliers (in Japan and Australia) to ensure co-ordination and delivery of information and products. Ensure all customer interactions are logged accurately, with meaningful and/or actionable information via the customer database. Provide consistent and accurate reporting and documentation as required. Schedule sales meetings and appointments and prepare sales presentations as required Managing lead information and follow up from various sales support initiatives
Skills & Experience A strong customer focus with enthusiasm and drive to build rapport and strong relationships with customers. A professional, responsive approach with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills  Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced, demanding environment. Attention to detail and diligence when it comes to accuracy and communication An ability to identify and solve problems independently and work autonomously. The ability to think on your feet and facilitate processes quickly and efficiently A high level of computer literacy, numeracy skills along with fast and accurate data entry Have a structured approach and experience in CRM platforms (Zoho highly regarded).
