The Role;

•To create quotations for spare parts sales and service side

•Daily follow up falcon,one portal,C4C platform,Icons connectivity and retain sustainable this platforms

•To follow up installed base and call customers to get new leads and opportunies

•To respond requests of spare part list,documents,questions which come our dealers and customers

•To follow up and sell spare parts the dealers according to their installed base

•Maintain the existing customer and build good relationship.

•Liaise with Technical & Service team to assist customer to get solution, give the right recommendation and solve the problem.

The Qualifications;

* Engineering graduation - Electrical/Electronics, Machinery, Mechatronics

* Good level of English

* Very good communication skills

* Open minded

* Able to plan and work in a systematic way

* Commit to self development
