Internal Sales Representative
This position will support, maintain, and drive product solution sales into our TPS Customers and Partners in Belgium and Luxembourg. The Inside Sales Representative will provide comprehensive account management including proactive business development, technical consultation, lead generation, and deal strategy to support Black Box business goals. Primarily Roles & Responsibilities • Generate sales opportunities through effective prospecting of assigned group of customers. Daily activities will include proactive account calls and diligent follow-up of existing and prospective partners. This includes effective follow-up on existing sales opportunities to generate revenue. • Coordinate, prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals that match customer business needs with Black Box solutions. • Maintain complete records of prospecting and customer contact, follow-up tasks and forecast information into CRM system. Provide management with accurate forecast of monthly & quarterly revenues. • Build and maintain sales pipeline that will support sales goals of the assigned account territory. Collaborate with channel partners to identify opportunities, advance through sales process and close deals. • Work closely with other team members and departments to facilitate a smooth transition throughout our internal sales and implementation process. • Provide customer feedback to product management team and to sales management. Skills, Knowledge, Abilities • Excellent communications, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both oral and written forms. • Execute on a disciplined daily prospecting and follow-up activities. • Ability to multitask and be effective in all areas of sales process on day-to-day basis. • Effective at identifying and analyzing customer’s business needs and requirements. • Effective at learning and utilizing required software and system applications. • Ability to stay current on Black Box and competitive solutions. Education/Experience Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree or related industry experience preferred • 3+ years professional experience with focus on technical sales • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (ie. Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) • Salesforce.com experience preferred #Li-BC1
