Sales - SalesAs an Internal Wholesaler in Individual Life Insurance, you will provide pre-sale and marketing support for life insurance products. You will actively partner with External Wholesalers and Financial Advisors. With a focus on successfully driving customer engagement and execution, you will have opportunities to practice sales philosophies as well as develop and manage activities. The current EWA for this position is hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.

Proactively collaborates with External Wholesalers to uncover, develop, and close life insurance opportunities.Build relationships and create win-win outcomes for your business partners and their respective clientsPresents sales concepts via phone or in person –Partner with other business units, including Case Management, Marketing, and Advanced Marketing to drive salesWork with diverse teams on challenging projects such as system enhancements, standard operating procedures, and product and marketing solutionsRun Prudential Life Insurance illustrations and explain and educate on the solutionsQualifications:

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The base salary for this role is $60,000+ applicable sales commissions and/or bonuses. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
