Kforce has a client in Portland, OR that is seeking an International Banking Specialist. Responsibilities: * Assist with wire investigation cases while automations are created to lower the volume of work needed * Focus on tracking wires, investigating transfers, and correcting * Manage their case load, this includes investigating, running needed entries and communicating with clients as needed * Sign off on the SWIFT messages they receive for their cases * Mostly work independently but attend Teams meetings, etc., with a team of about 10 others * Connect with customers on a daily basis via phone * Expected to meet goals later on during role, but not in first month of working independently * Expected to get 450 points per month (case types are assigned a point value based on complexity) * Will be focusing on quick kills within a month or two we would want them to be closing 200-300 cases a month * Training will be done by manager and leads and will work with approvers and customers on a daily basis
