*Job Location: Providencia, Jalisco* * Summary:* * Benefits subject matter expert and is responsible for managing and coordinating the planning, implementation and administration of the company’s health, welfare and retirement benefits for the International Regions that are in support of the company culture, aligned with global strategy, complying with local regulations and meet the diverse needs of employees and are cost effective.* * Partner with country benefits partners to oversee the development, implementation and execution of the benefits programs which includes retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs and insurance policies such as health, life and disability.* * This position will be working in projects for 15Countries (Mexico, Brazil, India, China, Malaysia Philippines, UAE, South Korea, Switzerland, UK, Singapore, Japan, SA, Thailand, Germany)* * Key Responsabilities for this role:* * Health & Welfare insurance program design and management* • Utilize deep benefits and Human Resources (HR) knowledge to implement, maintain, and improve benefit offerings to build competitive retirement, leave, wellness and insurance benefits programs at the international regions to energize teams across the organization to drive continuous improvements and EVP. • Maintain a strong familiarity and understanding of all group Benefit Plan Designs. • Assists Global benefits director to evaluates benefit plan design to implement changes as required in the international regions. * Insurance policies renewals* • In partnership with broker and country benefits partners, leads the renewal on health coverage policies for employees, ensuring fits with company´s strategy and budget and its fair and reasonable backed by data such as medical inflation, claim ratio and demographic. * Benefits coverage evaluation, benchmarking, compliance and cost analysis* • Work closely with our Benefit Brokers and Legal Counsel to make sure all plans and policies are in compliance with ongoing updates to the laws and regulations. • Conduct benefit surveys to evaluate existing benefits programs against peer organizations to determine competitiveness, trends, and developments; identify risk and opportunities for improvement. • Evaluate the cost and return on investment of current Benefit programs and identify the inherent value of new offerings and/or changes. Vendor management (e.g., insurance brokers, consultants for program design advice • Responsible for the benefits broker relationship, addressing areas of concern, and providing real-time feedback. Evaluate its performance and monitor service levels to ensure the delivery of high‐quality benefits services. • Assist in the coordination of monthly oversight calls. * Support on Benefits execution & Other Projects* • Partner with country benefits partners to ensure that benefits strategies are deliver consistent employee experience globally and policies and programs are documented. • Provide guidance and consultation on all areas related to leave of absence programs, retirement/pension programs, healthcare plans, wellness initiatives. • Support to benefits partners on annual benefit renewals and the open enrollment process to ensure a standard process and its alignment with global strategy. • Assist with Benefits related project to drive strategy i.e. Digital Employee Experience platform * Education:* Bachelor’s degree required. BS/BA in Human Resources, Business or health care administration preferred. Fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of French or and Portuguese a plus. * Experience:* -Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience required in corporate benefits management. Global reach. -2 – 3 years previous experience with multi-geographic organizations. Professional and Non-Professional benefits management is a plus. -Technical expertise on varying types of Insured plans, its design and rate increase backed by data. -Technical expertise on varying types of retirement plan design and administration, or commensurate experience. -Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in benefits and retirement related areas. Identifies and constructively challenges policies and practices that produce legal, regulatory and/or ethical risks to the business or employees. -Effective project manager, who defines a project, develops the overall project plan with clear deliverables and timeline and manages the project team. -Uses available technology to improve personal performance and ability to contribute to the business i.e.) MS Office, PowerPoint, SAP, Success Factors, etc. -Broad category, at global peace. Compensation plans. -Analyzes and designs business processes to achieve objectives; includes designing structures, roles and supporting systems. -Ability to interact effectively with and influence the decision making of senior management. -Proficient with systems reporting and data analysis. #LI-AA1 #LI-Onsite
