The PositionAs the International Business Leader, you will be a member of the Immunoassay, Clinical Chemistry, Coagulation and Urinalysis (ICCU) Lifecycle Leadership Team. You own the commercialisation strategy for the products that mainly address the hospital segment (incl. cobas sense) and ensure a successful implementation of the strategies. At the same time you are supporting the Lifecycle Team and the Near Patient Care Customer Area to deliver on its overarching priorities contributing to a holistic customer solution approach.
You will be a key interface in translating customer and business needs, as well as strategy on several levels into clear priorities for the International Business Team (IBT), so as to guide the focus of the IBT’s experts and squads. As such, you will closely work with the NPC Customer Area and the corresponding Functional Partners who link to IBTs, as well as collaborate across Networks to deliver comprehensive and successful Customer Solutions.

Promote Agile Leadership and Cultural Transformation: Role-model Agile behaviors and drive the organization’s shift to new governance practices, decision-making, and collaboration methods as per We@RocheDiagnostics.
Build and Guide High-Performing Teams: Establish and lead a multifunctional business team, mentoring and mobilizing the organization toward a shared vision and common goals.
Optimize Budget and Resources: Prepare, track, and adjust global marketing budgets while mobilizing resources to support strategic portfolio needs.
Who you are
Extensive Experience in Diagnostics Marketing and Sales: Significant expertise in IVD industry marketing and sales at local, regional, or global levels and deep understanding of lifecycle processes, global market trends, and innovation commercialization.
Strong Subject Matter Expertise and Business Acumen: Background in scientific, medical, or economics fields, combined with market-shaping skills.
Proven Leadership and Team Development: Extensive experience leading and developing high-performing, customer-focused teams and ability to inspire collaboration, drive impactful results, and solve cross-functional challenges.
Strategic Thinking and Agile Methodologies: Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives, with expertise in Agile coaching (e.g., SCRUM, OKR).
Exceptional Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and manage conflicts effectively.

As this position is a global role, international business travel will be required depending upon the business location of the successful candidate and ongoing business project activities.
