Job DescriptionThe International Communication, Senior Partner plays a critical role in transforming complex organisational strategies into clear, engaging narratives that resonate with our diverse global audience. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing communication channels, and ensuring our messaging is consistent and impactful across all platforms.
This role serves as a critical support function to the Senior Communication Manager overseeing EMEA, India, and APAC regions, while simultaneously acting as an integrated partner to our global communication team.
Key Responsibilities:
Content and Creative Development
Collaborate closely with the Senior Communication Manager to design and implement comprehensive global communication strategiesPlan and execute communication strategies for global organizational changes and updates, crisis communication, technology/people strategy, and events, inclusive of the company’s annual Global Summit as well as global leadership meetings, and regional All Hands CallsIdentify creative, out-of-the-box ways to engage and capture opportunities that align with priorities and goals, including leveraging AI and automation where applicable for efficiencyCreative Thinking
Develop sophisticated and engaging communication collateral, including executive presentations, email communications, and multimedia contentCollaborate with key stakeholders to understand project objectives, audience needs, and key messages and then translate the information into clear, compelling visuals, ensuring consistency in design across all materialsProvide insights and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of communicationStakeholder Management
Build relationships with internal leaders and team members and serve as a point of contact in the absence of the Senior Communication Manager for tactical supportCollaborate with the Communication team and other stakeholders to understand communication needs and objectivesGather and summarize employee feedback on communication effectiveness after key communication events and share with executive stakeholders as appropriate.QualificationsSkills and Competencies

A college/university graduate possessing 3- 5 years of related work experience (communication, strategy, writing, journalism preferred)Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team environment, handle internal stakeholders with tact and diplomacy, and maintain composure and production quality under deadline pressureExperience partnering on communication initiatives with senior leadersExcellent writing, editing, and proof-reading skillsTechnology savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (esp. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a bonus.Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to understand complex business information and effectively communicate key messages to and on behalf of all levels of business management and staffAbility to think strategically and execute tacticallyComfortable in a fast-paced environment that values creativity, self-motivation, candor, initiative, reliability, and accountabilityThis position offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping internal communications for a dynamic, global organisation.
