Due to a recent expansion, we are looking for an International Compliance Senior Analyst in our Belfast office. This role will be hybrid 2-3 days per week.

What you will do:

Prepare monthly bridge files from US GAAP to local accounts for other international entities and maintain reconciliations to support the reconciling itemsSupport the local statutory audit requestRoll forward annual bridge files and financial statements for international entitiesPreparing information for PBC listsPreparation of data required for filing of local statistical returnsPreparing the audit/ accounting fee accrual calculationsPreparing accounting information for local tax audits and transfer pricing auditsPrepare equity and stock based compensation related tasks quarterly and assist with SEC disclosure quarterly.Review reconciliations prepared by GL Team on periodic basis and prepare additional schedules to support local GAAPTake proactive actions to improve the accounting process and keep management informed of any possible / probable accounting implicationsLiaising with cross functional teams for data and information, required for internal reviews and support audit requestsMaintaining up-to-date procedure documentsSupport automation projects carried out at Group LevelAnd other projects

 What you will need:

Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of post-qualification experiencePrior experience of working with Big4 firms would be preferredExperience under controllership function with statutory financial reporting under IGAAP, IFRS, FRS102 and US GAAP is helpfulAbility to work well as part of a team or independently as requiredAbility to work in fast-paced environment and multi-taskPossess strong analytical skills (MS Excel), problem-solving, critical thinking and prioritization skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExperience with Word, Excel, Google Suite and  NetSuite or other ERP is an advantage
