The International Coordinator (IC) role manages specific commodities for major Latin American & Global Accounts. The purpose of the IC role is to deliver proper and timely communications and documentation ensuring all customer needs & expectations are fulfilled, ensuring excellence in Customer Satisfaction. In addition, the IC should build a professional relationship with the customer with a goal to grow Bureau Veritas market share.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES:
HSE/Compliance:
Complete all Bureau Veritas Training and My Learnings prior to the due date. Target completion 3 days before due date to avoid emergencies affecting your timely completion.
Account Responsibilities:
Primary contact for assigned Commodities per Account. Availability & Access to a computer 24/7 Proficient of each account’s operations and requirements. Ensure customer’s expectations are fulfilled. When issues arise, communicate proactively and share information along with a solution/options to the customer . Actively follow All movements for your Commodities to ensure customer expectations are met & Exceeded, including timely updates, results on tests performed and other communications. Complete all required documentation timely and accurately for the Commodities you manage. Daily check in with account’s Schedulers to ensure quality of work is met and maintained while also building and securing the relationship. Consistently work toward goal of convincing each scheduler to nominate BV. Work closely with the Team Manager in managing and growing all accounts. Maintain and grow business through regular customer visits, industry events and other networking opportunities. Target to Exceed annual financial goals for the combined accounts assigned while also meeting individual target metrics. Monitor key competitors and understand their strengths and weaknesses to maximize opportunities. Provide recommendations and capture market intelligence on customers, competitors, market trends, etc.
Internal Reporting:
Attend Team Manager recurring 1:1 meeting to discuss progress toward Account’s monthly goals, past activity and future goals and expectations. Be aware of the operation at all Times, provide updates on business activity and customer feedback (positive and negative) to Team. Inform Team Manager when BV does not meet customer satisfaction. Contribute and assist Team manager when presenting quarterly KPI’s to customers.Assist, when necessary, in creating CAR/iEvaluate reports.
