Transdev is hiring an International Cost & Financial Modeller
Missions
You will be responsible for developing,
managing, adapting and evolving the model(s) necessary to formulate and
validate competitive commercial offers for international transport system
operation and/or maintenance projects.
Within the teams in charge of the production
of the offers and in collaboration with the support services (technical,
finance, tax, etc.) and the International Costing & Financial Lead, you
will integrate the different components of the projects to achieve the
implementation of complete models, easily scalable and allowing the production
of prices taking into account all the assumptions (technical, finance, tax,
risk, working capital, profitability, inflation, cash flows, etc.). You will
maintain the list of business ratios / assumptions necessary for the production
and comparison of offers over time.
Development of the models (cost, financial, validation and customer output) for the submission of offers.
- Costing model (operating costs, energy, maintenance, overhead, financing requirements, contingencies related to risk profile, taxes, etc.)
- Financial model for internal evaluation and definition of customer price level (financial statements, profitability)
- Internal validation model for decision-making committees

- Assumption book & alignment with costing & financial models
Effective support to the teams involved in the bid to provide the required reports and respond in writing to any requests for clarification (internal and external).
Support the team in refining the payment mechanisms and associated risks.
Cooperate with both internal business teams (technical / performance / human resources / finance / legal / marketing ...) and local operational teams in the countries.
Contributing to the
preparation of required documents for internal & external committees
