Customer Success Representative, remit of the role

Subscription Management (Digital courseware and iPLS) Account Management - following checkpoints throughout the year to make sure schools are engaged with their services/subscriptions via outbound calls and email. Constantly having renewal-based conversations in a natural and authentic way. Analyse school accounts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Offer virtual training and solutions to improve customer engagement  Helping schools to set up accounts on the platform Build and monitor sales pipeline  New and key Edexcel Customer support Set-up and how to use Edexcel platforms: EOL, ATS, EW, Results Plus Introductions to customer support portal and iPay Talk through the welcome pack, points of contacts and upcoming training dates. Offer their admissions teams a session on the parent marketing support and tools available EO Training on JCQ ICE  Offer overview of free and paid-for resources that support qualification delivery  Sales operations support Order management and tracking. Invoicing follow up and dealing with arising issues. Cash reconciliation and credit control matters Following through issues with customer services

 

Experience needed - essential and desired

Must:  Have experience in building long-term relationships with customers Have experience of working in sales/targets driven environment Successful track record closing sales  Offer solutions to meet customers’ needs Desired: Experience in Retention Good Communication with senior people  Have Customer Service experience Familiarity working with digital product and services  Sales pipeline management  Essential skills Be proactive Be able to work independently and good time management Results oriented & Excellent problem-solving skills Good excel skills and ability to manipulate data and report on performance Be open to training and development  Good Communication and listening skills Be reliable Fluent English with additional languages considered an asset Flexible with priority changes but always focused  A desire to have an in-depth knowledge of the company and its customers  Good consultative skills - be able to ask open questions
